Privacy
This site collects only what you choose to send me.
The appointment form
When you send a request through the form on this site, the details you enter (your name, phone number, email address, and the appointment details) are delivered to me by email and stored by Netlify, the service that hosts this website. I use that information only to reply to you and arrange your appointment. I don’t sell it or share it with anyone else.
Booking and video platforms
If you book through my online booking link or complete an online notarization by video, those platforms handle your information under their own privacy policies. Texas law requires online notarization sessions to be recorded and securely stored.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics.
Calls and texts
If you call or text, your number is handled like any other call or message on my business phone. Standard carrier rates apply.
