Remote online notarizationRON

As an approved Texas Online Notary Public, I can notarize your documents over a secure, recorded video session. You can be anywhere in the United States. You'll upload your document, verify your identity online, and sign electronically while I watch and complete the notarization.

Good for

  • Signers who are out of town, out of state, or homebound
  • Busy schedules when meeting in person isn't practical
  • Documents being sent electronically

What you need: A computer, tablet, or phone with a camera and internet, a valid government-issued photo ID, and your document as a PDF.

How online notarization works

Extras

  • Witnesses. Need a witness? I can bring one. Just let me know when you book.
  • Printing. Email me your document and I’ll print it and bring it with me.

What I can’t do

To keep things clear and legal:

  • I am not an attorney and can’t give legal advice, explain what a document means, or help you choose or fill out forms.
  • I can’t notarize a document if you aren’t present or can’t show valid ID.
  • I can’t notarize wills, codicils, or testamentary trusts through online notarization.
  • I can’t notarize documents I’m named in or have an interest in.

Need something notarized? Let's get it done.

Book online or send a request, and I'll get back to you to confirm a time and the total cost.
